All your historical leads remain in the system. On the Free tier, the lead capture form is removed from your profile, but you can still view past leads in the admin. Upgrading again restores the form immediately.

On Growth and above, you can send review requests to past clients via email. They receive a branded invitation with a unique link. Their review includes 6 rating categories plus a written review. Verified reviews (submitted through your invitation) earn a "Verified" badge.
