We’ve been using ContactPigeon since 2021 to create both our one-off campaigns and automation. We switched from another viral platform that was not built for e-commerce.
I love that it supports multiple channels (email, push, SMS, Viber, chat, and more). It also allows us to create any auto-need (we currently have 17 active sequences).
The platform hosts monthly recurring meetings, offering excellent support and consultation to help us grow our business, and they recently added CDP capabilities, which added significant depth to our analytics.
In the last two years, by leveraging their powerful automation engine, ContactPigeon’s contribution to our revenue grew from 3% to 11%, making it our third-highest revenue channel.
This platform may not be the optimal solution for small businesses, but it provides enterprise-level features at a highly competitive price. I believe it is a platform that medium- to large-sized corporations should seriously consider.

Omnisend Offers Effective Shopify Integrations
I use and always recommend Omnisend. Their integrations with Shopify are particularly attractive and have proven very effective. We always take advantage of the automated emails to our best customers or those who are not engaging.
It’s easy to use, and the templates they provide seem a cut above other platforms.
Omnisend also recently introduced the ability to collect product reviews for Shopify websites seamlessly, so there is no need for an additional app and no cost. It’ll also do SMS if you collect and want to monetize that data.
